By creating an account or using BookinTrade (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
BookinTrade is a trading journal, backtesting, and performance analytics platform. It is NOT a broker, exchange, investment advisor, or financial institution. We do not execute trades, hold funds, or provide custody.
You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.
The Service offers Free, Pro, and Teams tiers. Paid plans are billed through Dodo Payments in USD and/or local currencies. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period. No prorated refunds. Price changes require 30 days' notice.
You retain full ownership of your data. We have a limited license to store and display it solely to provide the Service. Community content (shared backtests, leaderboard) uses a separate non-exclusive license that you can revoke at any time.
You agree not to: use the Service illegally, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the Service, exceed API rate limits, share content construed as financial advice, or impersonate others.
You are solely responsible for your API keys and their permissions. We recommend read-only keys. We are not responsible for unauthorized exchange account access resulting from compromised keys.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR: TRADING LOSSES, DATA SYNC ERRORS, BACKTESTING INACCURACIES, UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, OR LOSS OF DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS.
You agree to indemnify BookinTrade against claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
CRITICAL: BookinTrade does NOT provide financial, investment, or trading advice. It is solely a journaling and analytics tool.
Backtesting: Hypothetical. Past performance ≠ future results. Does not account for slippage, liquidity, or fees.
AI Analysis: Statistical analysis of YOUR data. Not predictions or recommendations.
Calculator: Mathematical computations only. Not a recommendation.
Community: Rankings and shared backtests are not endorsements.
Risk: Trading involves significant risk of loss. Only trade capital you can afford to lose. Consult a qualified financial advisor.

We may suspend or terminate your account for Terms violations or non-payment. You may delete your account at any time via Settings or at /delete-account.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Material changes require 15 days' notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues in full effect.
